About the role

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and driven Gym Sales Consultant/Reception Staff to join our energetic team at Plus Fitness Footscray. This is a casual opportunity in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with bonus and commission incentives for hitting KPIs.

Based in Footscray, Melbourne, we are a brand new club wanting to provide a great cultured gym and make a positive impact on the community. You'll be the face of our gym along with our manager helping grow our membership base while delivering outstanding customer service and living our passion for health and fitness.

Hours available we need: Saturdays 10-2 & Any weekday shift availability from 3-7 & 10-2. As we are opening each person will roughly get 10 hours a week.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Actively engaging with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend tailored solutions
  • Delivering compelling tours of our modern, state-of-the-art facility
  • Converting leads into new memberships and achieving KPI targets
  • Providing friendly, ongoing support to existing members
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Working collaboratively with your team to drive business growth
What we're looking for?
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness or health industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about health and fitness
  • Availability to work a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Have a current or willing to obtain CPR First Aid & National Police Check.
