At MyFirstGym, we're on a mission to inspire movement and make fitness fun for kids aged 0–15. We offer a unique combination of kids' fitness classes, birthday parties, school holiday programs, and so much more — all under one roof. Our Craigieburn location is buzzing with energy, and we're ready to welcome a new team member who shares our passion for health, wellness, and family-friendly fun.

Role Overview:

As a Membership Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for new families, guiding them through our programs and helping them find the right membership options. Your goal? To grow our membership base and create an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales through tours, calls, and community engagement
• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current members
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Assist in planning and attending local events to promote the gym
• Maintain a welcoming and clean front-of-house environment
• Support daily operations and collaborate with the coaching team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Membership Sales Experience
• Energetic, positive, and confident personality
• Passion for health, fitness, and working with families
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
