The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant flavours. You'll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.

Applicant must be possess:

o Kitchen maintenance and cleaning

o Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation

o Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies

o Menu planning

o Following food safety requirements

o Is open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort.

o Can do' attitude and can be relied upon
