We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new practice.

As we expand our footprint, we're on the hunt for dedicated and passionate Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.

Position: Medical Practice Receptionist/Administrator

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrator within a medical setting.
  • Proficiency in Best Practice software.
  • Experience with HotDocs.
  • Familiarity with PRODA.
  • Sound knowledge of healthcare administration, patient management and billing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage patient flow with poise and efficiency.
  • Understanding of privacy regulations and patient confidentiality protocols in Australia.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage appointment bookings, patient queries, and front-of-house tasks.
  • Maintain and update patient records.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
  • Handle billing, insurance claims, and other administrative responsibilities.
