**Greencross Vets Burleigh Waters** is a large and well-equipped clinic a stones throw from Treetops Plaza, with plenty of cafe options for lunch. As well as a short 5 minute drive to the Beautiful Beaches.

We have a large and growing client base, and we need your help to continue to deliver great customer care to our clients and their pets.

We are looking for a **Part-Time Experienced Receptionist**to join our amazing team and grow with us. We consider ourselves to be not just work colleagues, but a real ‘family’, where we all support each other in every aspect of our life and career and maintain long-term working relationships.

**What do we want from you?**
- We are looking for someone who is motivated, passionate and loves coming to work each day
- You'll be minimum Certificate II qualified
- 2+ years nursing or reception experience with sound knowledge of preventative care & diets
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Experience with Rx works is preferred but not essential
- Great customer service skills and be able to build rapport with our clients
- Organised and has high attention to detail
- Ability to deal with a varying workload and be able to prioritise work tasks
- Can multi-task and work well under pressure
- Work well within a team
- Good communication skills
- Help with driving our clinic initiatives and goals

**About the role...**
- The role is part-time with an offering of 25+ hours per week
- The shifts are 3 days per week and every second Saturday, though you may be asked to cover other shifts during staff leave periods
- Triaging patients (which will be trained on induction)
- Providing general advice on vaccine schedules, food and parasite prevention
- Providing and doing up estimates for elective patient procedures
- You will be exposed to a busy practice that will ensure your customer service skills are not wasted and you can practice them every day
- You will be working with a great team that all get along well and are like family
