We're growing fast and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help us scale our brand presence, drive campaign performance, and support our sales and customer engagement efforts.

About the role:

Due to the exciting growth in the business, we are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Officer to join our friendly and dynamic finance team. Working on-site at our North Sydney office, as an AP officer your primary responsibility will be managing accounts payable, vendor management, month end closing, bank and accounts reconciliations and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, organisational skill, communication skill. intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Experience with Xero and NetSuite (Financial First module) is preferable.

Key responsibility:


• Supplier management, communicating with our cross-hire partners, bring up issues related to bill with the supplier and arrange for credit notes as required.


• Management of accounts payable inbox, including receiving purchase invoices, review, send for approval, load into accounting software, code and categorise invoice as per

cost centre and GST coding.


• Prepare periodic electronic payments to suppliers based on ageing payable reports.


• Assist with month end closing.


• Bank and credit card reconciliation.


• Manage and reconcile staff expense cards.


• Prepare ad-hoc report required for financial analysis.

To be successful you will have:


• A bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a related field.


• CPA/CA qualification or studying towards – nice to have but not essential


• Previous experience in similar role, preferably in a corporate setting


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• A commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving team goals.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software


• Experience with NetSuite (Financial First module) is preferable.
