Are you looking for a Service Desk Officer opportunity in a dynamic team? Our Government client is currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Officers for an Adelaide CBD assignment with a strong potential for longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.

YOU | Bring your experience in customer service and administration to this great opportunity to work in a government environment. Your positive attitude, ability to liaise confidently with a range of personnel will see you thrive in this role and gain invaluable Government experience. You will also bring:

  • Experience in working effectively in an ICT service desk environment and/or in the use of a range of computer systems
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines, determine priorities, plan and organise work and maintain accuracy
  • Ability to learn/adapt quickly
  • Ability to document procedures to improve response, installations, training and problem solving
  • Ability to problem solve through investigation, research and consultation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in working with highly confidential material and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information

THE ROLE | As the Service Desk Officer, you will deliver an exceptional administrative support to the team. Providing proactive customer support, managing the escalation of incidents and participating and delivering improved service practices.
