With 59 years' experience in cleaning and facilities management across Government, Transport and Infrastructure, Medical, Commercial and Industrial networks, we are an established and stable service provider.
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, driven, and passionate Help Desk Coordinator to add value to the ICS Business through the provision of proactive and customer focused service. This is a Part Time role based at in the Adelaide CBD. This is an office-based role with no work from home option.
This Part Time role requires flexibility with availability across Friday and Saturday night shifts.
As a Help Desk Coordinator at the Adelaide Office, you will:
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes.
- Provide exceptional support via email and telephone.
- Address all enquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain positive customer experience.
You will be responsible for CUSTOMER SUPPORT at all levels by providing hands-on proactive assistance and guidance with the following:
- Identifying, researching and troubleshooting problems to promptly provide optimal resolution.
- Maintaining positive relationship with all stakeholders.
- Following up on reported issues to ensure resolution is achieved in a timely manner.
- Management of records and database ensuring integrity, accuracy and confidentiality.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Note : We are not looking for IT specialists. We are seeking people who can offer great customer service
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite along with Zendesk will be highly desirable.
- Full working right in Australia with no restrictions.
