Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and Greek cuisine? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant Greek restaurant and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Position: Full-Time, Restaurant Manager

Salary: $85,000 annually + Super + performance bonuses + tips

Your Responsibilities:

·       Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

·       Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team.

·       Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.

·       Manage scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.

·       Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service flow.

·       Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.

·       Drive sales and implement strategies to grow business.

What We're Looking For:

· years of restaurant management experience (Greek/Mediterranean restaurant experience a plus)

·       Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

·       Customer-focused mindset and hands-on management style

·       Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and staff scheduling
