Responsibilities and Success MetricsPerformance Media Management
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other key channels
Growth in revenue and customer acquisition from paid channels. Improved ROAS and cost efficiency. Increased video reach and engagement.
Digital Video & YouTube
Deliver video-first strategies across YouTube and social platforms to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion
Increased video completion rates, CTR, and attributable conversions. Growth in subscriber and retargeting audiences.
Optimisation & Testing
Continuously improve campaigns through creative testing, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel optimisation
Regular test-and-learn cycles with documented outcomes. Higher conversion rates and lower CPA.
Reporting & Insights
Build dashboards and deliver clear, actionable reporting for leadership
Timely delivery of weekly/monthly reports. Reports include insights and recommendations, not just data. Demonstrated business impact from reporting-led optimisations.
SEO & Content
Partner with content and SEO specialists to maximise organic visibility and share of search
Growth in organic traffic, improved keyword rankings, stronger share of search vs competitors.
Analytics & Data
Leverage Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools to measure, analyse, and refine performance
Increased adoption of dashboards. Reduced manual reporting time. More accurate and reliable performance tracking.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with digital partners, agencies, and internal teams to drive alignment
Positive feedback from partners. Faster campaign execution. Increased accountability from external vendors.
About You- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing (travel, retail, or ecommerce preferred)
- Proven success across paid search, paid social, YouTube, and digital video
- Strong optimisation mindset with experience in A/B testing and continuous improvement
- Analytical, commercially minded, and confident turning data into insights
- Hands-on and collaborative, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
