What you will do

 Reporting to the Shipping Manager, this full-time position operates in a multi-company environment and offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to our success. ​ Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing supplier payments (domestic and overseas). ​
  • Communicating with suppliers. ​
  • Managing purchase orders and supplier confirmations. ​ ​
  • Processing and reconciling a high volume of invoices. ​
  • Liaising with internal departments and product managers. ​
  • Supporting the Accounts Payable function. ​
  • Providing general administrative support. ​

What We're Looking For:

We seek a team player to be part of the Finance team you may be a recent graduate or an experienced Accounts person keen to learn more. The be successful in this role you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills in shipping or further finance areas.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. ​
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills. ​
  • The ability to work effectively under deadlines. ​
  • Previous experience with the "Greentree" accounting system (highly regarded). ​
