THE ROLE

  • Full gamut of legal bookkeeping.
  • Trust and Office Accounts.
  • General Ledger.
  • Accounts payable/receivable.
  • Payroll, Superannuation and WorkCover.
  • BAS/IAS, Payroll Tax.
  • Lasing with external accountants
  • General office administration including IT, Equipment, Stationery.
  • Providing high levels of customer service ensuring clients are attended quickly and professionally.

YOU

  • A legal bookkeeper with Trust Account experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach with a business mindset.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Proficient with Xero or other accounting software platforms.
