We're seeking either an experienced Practice Manager or an ambitious leader ready to step into their first practice management role to join our Mornington clinic and take full ownership of its performance, with the support of the current Practice Manager.

As our current Practice Manager focuses on broader business initiatives, you'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, leading the team, and ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience.

Your Role Will

  • Oversee daily clinic operations across clinical, front office and patient coordinator teams
  • Lead team performance, development, and a values-driven, high-performance culture
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives
  • Monitor appointment books, chair utilisation, and revenue to meet financial targets
  • Ensure every patient receives an outstanding experience, from first contact to follow-up
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, infection control, and privacy standards
  • Act as a liaison with HQ, vendors, and external partners

The Successful Candidate Will

  • Have leadership experience in a dental, healthcare, or service-focused environment, whether as a Practice Manager, 2IC, Team Lead, or equivalent role.
  • Be eager to develop or already have skills in financial and operational management, including revenue, sales targets, and clinic performance.
  • Have experience leading multidisciplinary teams or are ready to step into this responsibility.
  • Be confident in managing a team of 20 or more and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
