About the Role

The ICT Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and optimizing sales strategies through strategic planning. They will build strong client relationships, negotiating deals to ensure customer satisfaction. As part of an integrated team, the BDM will support both marketing and sales teams, whilst providing C-level executives with data and analysis that will provide actionable recommendations which will drive performance, growth and profitability.

Specific tasks will include:

· Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors

· Identify and pursue new market opportunities

· Leverage industry-specific insights to support development and execution of strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets

· Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with strategic plans

· Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate high-value deals

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

· Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and enhance reporting

· Streamline sales processes and implement tech-driven solutions for efficiency.

Required Attributes

We require a person with not only relevant qualifications but experience in martech and SAAS underpinned by excellent communication skills.

Applicants should have:

· Bachelor or higher degree in business, marketing or related field

· Minimum two years' experience in sales or business development role within the IT sector

· Proven success in lead generation and revenue growth in a technology environment especially in Marketing Technology products or related SaaS solutions and related to industrial or medical equipment devices

· Experience in strategic planning within the IT sector

· Experience in conducting negotiations with C-level executives

· Strong negotiation and communication skills

· Fluency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot),

· Proven ability to undertake market analysis, identify trends and develop strategic plans

For this full-time hybrid working role, we are offering
