Buyer's Agent – Hybrid Role (Cronulla + Remote)

Salary: $80,000 base + uncapped commissions (OTE $150k+)

Location: Hybrid – Office in the heart of Cronulla Mall & remote flexibility

We're a young, fast growing buyers agency with a bold mission: sourcing high quality, below market investment properties for our valued clients across NSW, QLD, and VIC. We're now looking for an ambitious Buyer's Agent to join our team and grow with us.

What You'll Get:
  • Base salary of $80k + uncapped commission structure (OTE $150k+)
  • A base number of in-house clients provided as part of your salary
  • Requirement to establish your own referral partners and network with attractive commission splits
  • Hybrid role – work from home + our modern bright office in Cronulla Mall (cafes, shops, and Cronulla Beach just metres away)

  • Travel interstate when needed – fully reimbursed
What You'll Do:
  • Represent and manage client property purchases across Australia
  • Source investment grade properties as required
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and referral partners
  • Run your own race – full ownership over how you grow your client base
  • Leverage company systems and processes while driving your own results
About You:
  • Class 2 (minimum) or Class 1 Real Estate Licence
  • Highly self motivated, organised, and result driven
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Hungry to grow your income and career at the same speed as the company
