We're hiring and we're looking for someone who loves a checklist as much as a good chat.

This is a full-time Client Services Coordinator role for someone who thrives on structure, brings warmth to every interaction, and stays cool when ten things are happening at once.

This role is 5 days per week and requires you to work on Saturdays. You will need a current drivers license and a vehicle.

You'll be the link between clients, sales agents, and the day-to-day details that make every property sale run seamlessly. You'll keep things organised, clients informed, and agents supported - all with a calm head and a smile that says, "I've got this."

What you'll be doing

  • Managing a serious to-do list like a pro
  • Handling client communication with care and super-hero level of organisation
  • Supporting agents and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Keeping files, records, and compliance tidy
  • Assisting with property inspections
  • Helping deliver smooth settlements and happy clients
  • Answering buyer enquiries
  • Sending weekly follow-ups and keeping clients in the loop
  • Tracking key dates, bookings, and milestones so nothing slips
  • Preparing sale paperwork and confirming payments with the right parties
