Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent – Clayton

Are you an ambitious sales professional with a passion for real estate? We're seeking a motivated Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent to join our client's growing Clayton team. Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Managing commercial leasing transactions from listing to negotiation and close
  • Handling property sales campaigns, including appraisals, marketing, inspections, and negotiations
  • Staying up to date with market trends to provide accurate advice to clients
  • Delivering outstanding customer service while achieving and exceeding sales targets

About you:

  • Previous experience in commercial real estate, property sales, or leasing (preferred)
  • A strong sales drive with proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Current real estate license or willingness to obtain one
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle

Benefits:
