About the Role

We're looking for an 
Associate Buyers Agent
 to join the team at 
Dynamic Wealth
. Think of this role as a 
co-pilot position
: our Senior Buyers Agent will lead the charge on deals, while you make sure every step from offer to settlement runs smoothly.

But this isn't just about carrying files and chasing emails. You'll be 
learning directly from one of the best in the industry
, while also bringing your own 
market insights and property knowledge
 to the table. We want someone who can think, analyse, and add value - not just tick boxes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating finance, building & pest, and settlement timelines.
• Conducting 
  due diligence on properties
  .
• Translating 
  property lingo into plain Aussie English
   so our clients feel confident and informed.
• Keeping our CRM sharp and updated so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Following up with brokers, settlement agents, and sales agents to keep deals moving.
• Using your own 
  market knowledge and love of property data
   to strengthen research, analysis, and client outcomes.
• Working closely with our Senior Buyers Agent on live deals.

What We're Looking For / Must Haves

• A strong understanding of the 
  Australian property market
  .
• Preferably, you're already an 
  investor
  . If you're not, you'll be the only one on our team who isn't.
• Cert IV in Property Services
   (Real Estate) is highly regarded.
• At least 
  1 year of experience
   in a property transactions role (e.g. sales, conveyancing, settlements, or finance).
• Organised, proactive, and capable of juggling moving parts.
• A clear communicator who can break down complex property details into language clients actually get.

The Career Path

This role is your 
launchpad
. For the right candidate, there's a 
clear path to becoming a Senior Buyers Agent within 12 months
 which means running your own clients and deals, with the skills and confidence to 
appraise property like a valuer, spot the hidden gems, and negotiate like a CIA agent
. (Also cool if thats not what you wan't and you enjoy being a co-pilot, we can work with that.)

But if that is your goal: that's where you start 
earning the big biscuits
.

The boss will make sure you get there if thats what you want and you prove you are capable. He's a legend Supportive, hands-on, and invested in your success. You'll thrive here, not just survive. Who This Is Not For

This 
isn't
the role for an experienced Buyers Agent who's ready to take charge and smash out 10-15 deals a month. We have one of those already - you will be his co-pilot.

This role is about 
learning, growing, and building
 your career into that level over time.

This also 
isn't
 a role for an absolute beginer, or someone who wants to learn from scratch.
