PRD Wagga Wagga is expanding and we're searching for motivated, driven individuals to join our Future Agents of Wagga Program — a structured pathway where you can start as a Sales Associate and progress into a full Real Estate Agent role.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Prospect, network and nurture pipeline opportunities
  • Conduct buyer follow-up and manage enquiries
  • Support sales campaigns, open homes and inspections
  • Build strong relationships with clients and the community
  • Assist with vendor communication and campaign coordination
  • Work toward managing your own listings, vendors and negotiations
  • Build your personal brand supported by PRD's marketing strength
  • Contribute to a positive, growth-driven team culture

This role provides a direct pathway into a high-performing sales career with structure, support and momentum.


Who We're Looking For

You might be:

  • Already in real estate and wanting better support or a stronger brand
  • In retail or hospitality leadership seeking a professional career shift
  • In banking, insurance, fitness or customer service with client-facing experience
  • A natural communicator with drive, professionalism and energy

No real estate experience required — attitude, ambition and communication skills matter most.
