Positions Available:

  • Apprentice Chef (Entry-level – Ideal for those looking to start a career in the kitchen)
  • Commis Chef (Junior – For those with some kitchen experience, eager to develop their skills)
  • Chef de Partie (CDP) (Experienced – A confident chef looking to take charge of a section)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apprentice Chef:

  • Learn and assist in all areas of the kitchen

  • Support senior chefs in preparing dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas

Commis Chef:

  • Assist in the preparation of food and cooking
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
  • Help manage stock levels and ingredient ordering

Chef de Partie (CDP):

  • Take responsibility for your section of the kitchen
  • Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during service
  • Assist in menu planning and stock control
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Apprentice Chef: No experience necessary – enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
  • Commis Chef: Some kitchen experience is desirable but not essential
  • Chef de Partie (CDP): Proven experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of kitchen operations and team management
