The role – what you'll do

  • Own the project lifecycle end-to-end: planning & approvals, delivery, and handover, working closely with the Development Director and Creative Director to ensure alignment and standards are met.
  • Drive programs, budgets, feasibilities, procurement and cashflow with precision.
  • Lead consultants, contractors and stakeholders; ensuring alignment and momentum.
  • Manage contracts, risk, compliance, and reporting.
  • Solve problems efficiently, effectively and decisively.
  • Lift quality across the board; details, communication, documentation, execution.

You won't be siloed. In a tight team you'll shape the work, not just administer it.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in construction/development, including 2+ in a PM/DM capacity.
  • Calm leadership, sharp stakeholder skills, and clear written and verbal comms.
  • Organisation, numeracy, and attention to detail; comfortable with complexity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern project management tools; a tech-curious and adaptable approach.
  • Bias toward action, ownership and continuous improvement.
