We are looking for a Motorcycle Parts and Customer Service Manager to lead and develop the department. We offer a competitive salary package, including bonuses and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and thriving work environment.

The role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts and customer service department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organising parts and CSM stock
  • Utilise computer systems and software to accurately track and manage inventory, pricing, and customer information
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding parts and accessories, helping them make informed purchasing decisions

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the motorcycle industry is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, and brands, as well as an understanding of market trends and customer preferences
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and customer relations.
