General Manager Engines and Aftermarket

This is a pivotal national leadership role with a market-leading industrial services business. The GM, Engines & Aftermarket will lead the engines, parts and service portfolio across Australia, sit on the ELT, and report to the CEO. The brief is clear. Strengthen the Joint Venture dealer program, grow aftermarket revenue, lift branch performance on the East Coast, and embed a data-led operating rhythm.

What you will lead:

• Full P&L ownership for engines, parts and service nationally

• Relationship ownership with Perkins including dealer excellence, forecasting and compliance

• A mixed channel model covering direct customers and a second level dealer network

• A multi-site team including branch managers, parts and BD leaders

• Collaboration with central operations, supply chain and warehousing to drive consistency

What we are looking to achieve:

• Double digit aftermarket growth, with a focus on mix, margin and utilisation

• East Coast branches operating to plan and covering overheads

• A stronger SLD footprint with improved capability and coverage

• Structured reporting and rhythms using CRM and ERP data to drive performance

• A healthier inventory position and reduced aged stock

What you bring

• End-to-end leadership across service, parts and technical sales in industrial engines or closely aligned sectors

• Strength managing dealers and direct channels, with credible shop-floor to OEM engagement

• Track record improving multi-site operations, safety, quality and customer outcomes

• Commercial depth in pricing, inventory, demand planning and P&L management

• Comfortable in a matrix and hands-on when required
