As our Warehouse Officer, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our Springvale operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied. Key responsibilities will include,

  1. Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
  2. Pick, process, label, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
  4. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  5. Process shipping and receiving documentation using internal systems.
  6. Assist with inventory control and reporting.
  7. Liaise with customer service and research & development teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  8. Follow all OH & S procedures and contribute to a culture of safety and efficiency.
  9. Light automotive/industrial component manufacturing.
  10. Warranty receipts & processing.
  11. Customer-facing goods pick-up management.

Requirements for the role include,

  1. Previous experience in a warehouse role.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Basic computer literacy; experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
  4. Current forklift licence.
  5. Physically fit and able to lift heavy items as required.
  6. Good communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
  7. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  8. Minimum of 1+ years of warehouse experience required.
  9. Ability to lift items weighing up to 25kg.
  10. Australian work rights are required for this position.
