Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager / Assistant Property Managerto join our dynamic team at Agency 168' in Bentley, WA. In this fulltime role, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both tenants and landlords are provided with exceptional service. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in property management and contribute to the continued success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, including liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
  2. Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair work
  3. Market and lease vacant properties, including advertising, conducting viewings and processing applications
  4. Ensure all tenancy documentation is completed accurately and on time
  5. Manage rent collection and arrears, and provide regular financial reporting to landlords
  6. Resolve tenancy issues and disputes in a professional and timely manner
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and landlords
  3. Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  4. Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite
  5. Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  6. Current Property Management License
