Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead and deliver future-focused, inclusive and innovative talent solutions that meet the evolving needs of NSW Health.

About The Opportunity
As a key leader within People & Culture, you will drive the design and execution of CCLHD's talent acquisition strategy - workforce planning aligned to clinical service planning, solving critical talent shortages and building our future workforce.

You will work hand-in-hand with Executive leaders, the Ministry of Health, and external partners to:

Champion
inclusive, culturally safe recruitment
practices.

Build powerful
employer branding
and attraction campaigns for critical roles.

Harness
data and workforce analytics
to drive smarter, future-ready hiring.

Develop robust
talent pipelines
to enable future services and models of care.

Lead and inspire
a high-performing team.

This is more than a recruitment leadership role, it is an opportunity to redefine talent acquisition in one of NSW's most vibrant and growing healthcare districts.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
, or equivalent senior experience in a large, complex organisation.

Proven success leading strategic recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives,
with a track record of innovation and results in high-volume or hard-to-fill environments.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
, with the ability to collaborate and partner effectively at executive and senior leadership levels.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
, using workforce data, labour market insights and performance metrics to inform recruitment decisions.

A commitment to inclusive, culturally safe recruitment practices
, with demonstrated experience championing diversity and equity in workforce strategies.
