About The Opportunity
As a Clinical Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative and operational support for our nurses, medical staff and allied health professionals. Your work will help our teams deliver high-quality, patient-centred care every day.

In This Role You Will

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the unit to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate office systems, processes and documentation in line with CCLHD standards.
  • Deliver professional customer service and manage communications effectively.
  • Assist with workforce functions including rostering, leave, payroll and recruitment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience and ability to work within a team.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Experience using the HealthRoster payroll system or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and ability to travel across the CCLHD.
