About The Opportunity
As a Clinical Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative and operational support for our nurses, medical staff and allied health professionals. Your work will help our teams deliver high-quality, patient-centred care every day.
In This Role You Will
- Provide high-level administrative support to the unit to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate office systems, processes and documentation in line with CCLHD standards.
- Deliver professional customer service and manage communications effectively.
- Assist with workforce functions including rostering, leave, payroll and recruitment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Demonstrated customer service experience and ability to work within a team.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- Experience using the HealthRoster payroll system or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and ability to travel across the CCLHD.
