Central Coast Local Health District are offering a permanent full time opportunity of The Associate Director of Mental Health. This role is responsible for providing support to the Director of Mental Health Central Coast Local Health District and the senior leadership team on all matters pertaining to operations of CCLHD Mental Health. The position has delegated responsibility for corporate governance matters of CCLHD Mental Health.
The Associate Director works to ensure that CCLHD Mental Health is both a performance-based and a value-based service committed to investing in human capital and building workforce capability.
**About You**
- You have a proven record of achievement in strategic planning, change management, team building and service development and ability to manage several complex projects concurrently.
- You experience in the financial management of health services and the management of capital and major Repairs Maintenance and replacement (RMR).
- You have an understanding of CCLHD Mental Health Services external relationships including NSW government Departments, community, carer and consumer groups and NGOs.
**Where You’ll Be Working**
You will be based in the Mental Health Executive at Wyong Hospital.
