Consultant – Integrated Brand & Digital Storytelling
This is a brilliant opportunity for an
Account Director or Senior Account Director
with integrated experience that stems from
digital and social-first thinking
to join the ambitious Thrive team. You'll lead culture-led campaigns for some of the world's most exciting brands — working from brief to idea to execution, working as part of a hands on and collaborative team.
You understand what makes social and digital content work, how it travels, and how to apply smart, strategic thinking to connect brands with culture. You'll collaborate closely with our creative, design and production teams to deliver best-in-class work across earned, social and content channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead integrated, digital-first campaigns
- Bring briefs to life — from helping craft strategy to creative concept to flawless delivery
- Manage strong client relationships with confidence, clarity and trust
- Write and pitch compelling media stories that elevate our clients and help shape broader content storytelling
- Guide a client service team while also staying hands-on with the work
- Collaborate closely with Thrive's creative, studio and influencer teams
- Work alongside creative and production leads to bring work to life across platforms
- Stay across cultural trends and platform behaviours to bring fresh thinking into the work
- Contribute ideas to new business and creative sessions
What You'll Bring
- 5–8 years' experience in integrated, PR or content-focused agency roles
- Strong experience managing consumer and lifestyle brands (even better if across banking, auto or retail)
- A strategic lens on how social and cultural insight can drive creative
- Excellent project and client management skills — proactive, responsive and trusted
- Experience working with creatives, producers and content teams to deliver end-to-end campaigns
- Strong writing, pitching and content development abilities
- Confidence working across earned, social, and digital channels
- A collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do energy
