About the role:

We're seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead the strategy, planning, and execution for two leading brands within the
Lumify Group of companies
:
ENS International
and
Plain English Foundation
.

This is a
fixed-term contract for a 12-month period
, offering an exciting opportunity to drive impactful marketing initiatives and contribute to the continued success of two respected brands.

In this role, you'll drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement across digital, content, social, events, and PR channels. You'll own and deliver integrated campaigns, manage websites and digital presence, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and client teams to ensure marketing activities directly support business growth.

Desired Experience:

· years of experience in B2B marketing and have previously held leadership positions.

·      Broad expertise across digital marketing, brand management, content creation (for B2B audience), and events (online and F2F).

·      Strong skills in CRM and marketing automation (Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly regarded), analytics, and reporting.

·      Proven success developing and executing GTM strategies that deliver measurable results including project experience and client engagement.

·      Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

·      Knowledge and previous oversight of SEO, WordPress and LinkedIn.
