Retail Channel Manager
As the Retail Channel Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the implementation and performance of sales campaigns across AGL's newly established retail partnership channels. This role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of sales outcomes, including the planning, development, and implementation of growth initiatives that are focused on driving customer value.
About the role:
- Drive customer growth by owning sales objectives, delivering forecasts, and meeting performance and quality targets.
- Lead campaign execution across retail partnerships through training, engagement, compliance, and incentive programs.
- Enhance channel performance by optimising OPEX, customer value, NPS, digital adoption, and multi-product outcomes.
- Strengthen partner capability via tailored training, digital enablement, and embedding AGL's customer value proposition.
- Manage reporting and relationships by producing performance insights and maintaining alignment with key stakeholders.
About you:
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and customer focus. Ideally, you'll have:
- Relevant qualifications and experience - A degree in marketing, business, or a related field, tenured experience in sales, partnerships, or growth-focused roles.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management - Proven ability to lead external partners and build collaborative relationships across teams.
- Strategic and analytical mindset - Skilled in planning and problem-solving, with experience using tools like Power BI and Speech Analytics to drive insights.
- Customer-first approach with compliance awareness - A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.
- Innovative thinking and resource management - A passion for continuous improvement, balancing creativity with effective budget and resource allocation.
