We work with clients across both metropolitan and regional areas, spanning a diverse range of industries including small to medium enterprises, agribusiness, construction, professional services, health, retail, hospitality, and not-for-profit organizations such as charities and incorporated associations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual with a genuine passion for supporting clients in their bookkeeping and compliance requirements to join our team.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date business transactions and records for clients
  • Assisting with the firm's compliance needs
  • Liaising with the ATO and ASIC on compliance matters
  • Management of multiple engagements and tasks
  • Preparation of month-end reports
  • Complete month-end reconciliations
  • Processing of client payroll
  • Preparation of ATO payments for BAS, superannuation, Single Touch Payroll and FBT
  • Attend to client queries and other administrative tasks/roles

The candidate will need to have existing experience working with Xero and/or MYOB - we offer training and support to new staff to ensure they are up-to-speed with the latest developments.
