Accounts / Bookkeeper – Full-Time – Immediate Start – Western Suburbs

We're seeking a reliable, detail-driven Accounts/Bookkeeper with a strong work ethic and proven experience. This role suits someone who takes ownership, meets deadlines, and can ramp up when workloads peak — we need someone dependable, not someone who checks out when things get busy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-function bookkeeping (AP/AR, bank recs, payroll assistance)
  • GST, BAS, and PAYG preparation and lodgment
  • Daily, monthly, and final invoicing
  • Maintain financial records and support reporting
  • General accounts and admin support including data entry

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role
  • Strong MYOB proficiency (non-negotiable)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Solid understanding of BAS, GST, and Australian accounting standards
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and follow set processes
  • Must be an Australian citizen
  • Demonstrated advanced MYOB reporting capabilities required
