CrewSELECT are looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a permanent full time role with an immediate start in Carlisle..
**About the role**:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to guide decision-making and financial planning.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.
- Reconciliation: Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in tax preparation, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during financial audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and analyze company expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy.
- Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure the company's financial activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

**About you**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a business carrying out all aspects of Financial Accounting / bookkeeping / Senior admin duties
- MYOB - Strong Experience Essential
- Arrowflow Experience (Desirable - This integrates into MYOB)
- Must be competent in all aspect of weekly payroll for l 40 staff members as well as timesheets for contractors / labour hire
- Approachable and proactive and able to guide the director in a growing business
**Tickets and licenses**:
- Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field ? OR minimum 5 years? experience
- Proven experience as an accountant / bookkeeper or similar role.
- Experience managing and reporting on P&L
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MYOB, Arrowflow, MS Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
