Role:

As the Group - Senior Financial Accountant, you'll play a critical role within a high-performing finance function that drives accuracy, compliance, and performance across the Group. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you'll ensure the delivery of timely, compliant financial reporting and play a hands-on role in driving continuous improvement across accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group month-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all entities
  • Manage complex journals including intercompany consolidations, FX revaluations, and lease accounting
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and support statutory reporting requirements
  • Prepare technical accounting papers and liaise with external auditors
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting in collaboration with FP&A
  • Drive process and systems improvements across group accounting and reporting functions
  • Act as a key contact for the offshore service delivery centre on accounting processes

You'll bring:

  • CA or CPA qualification
  • 4+ years' experience in public practice or a complex corporate environment
  • Exposure to group accounting, consolidations, and statutory reporting
  • Strong Excel and system skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
  • A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
