Saunders Lynn & Company is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer of bathroomware and plumbing products. This is an outstanding opportunity for a design-savvy specification sales professional to align with a business that values creativity, quality, and deep engagement with the architectural and interiors community.

About your new role

  • Partner with architects, interior designers, and private clients to secure product specification
  • Attend design presentations, project meetings, and host networking events
  • Nurture both new and existing relationships across the  A&D and built sector
  • Use platforms like BCI to identify upcoming projects and specification opportunities
  • Manage projects end-to-end; from concept to completion, ensuring products are delivered as specified
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction

About You

This role suits someone who thrives in the design space and enjoys building strong, influential relationships. You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in architectural or specification sales
  • A qualification in interior design (or a genuine passion for the industry)
  • Confidence presenting to and engaging with design professionals
  • A polished, consultative sales approach
  • Excellent follow-up and organisational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • A results-driven mindset balanced with  enjoying client care and problem solving
