About the Position:

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to manage projects from concept to completion, gaining hands-on experience across design, approvals, and construction coordination, while producing high-quality documentation and coordinating with councils and consultants. With a strong focus on professional development, this role offers stability, mentorship, and the chance to grow within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine architectural concept designs that align with project objectives and client expectations.

Lead project coordination, documentation, and liaise with councils.

Guide and oversee architectural drawings and documentation for DA, CC, and CDC, ensuring compliance while mentoring junior staff.

Work with consultants to ensure compliance with planning regulations and site constraints.

Ensure compliance with NSW planning laws and building codes.

Collaborate with the construction team to maintain design intent.

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of NSW planning regulations (training provided).

Proficiency in Revit and Enscape.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
