About the role

Join the dynamic team at EK Wear as we become Sydney's number 1 supplier of customised school Leavers wear - including varsity jackets and Jerseys.

As a part-time Sales Executive, working 20 hours per week from our Penrith location, this role is perfect for anyone who needs to work around school drop off hours.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales with our Sydney Western Suburbs schools and clubs. The successful candidate will thrive in creating relationships and loves being part of the whole design process.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to teachers and student committees, helping them design the perfect garment to suit their group
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets through suggestive selling and excellent customer service
  • Maintaining a well-organised appointment calendar and follow-up process for the leads generated.
  • Assisting with garment design, supplying quotations, liaising with the production department
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment that is creating special memories for our customers

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience with public and private schools
  • A passion for creating garments collaboratively with our customers and making sure they are delighted with the outcome
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • The desire to build as your 'home turf' the Parramatta to Penrith region.
