What We're Looking For:

  • A hospitality enthusiast with a minimum of 2 years' experience in café management

  • Someone who excels at staff supervision and training

  • A leader with advanced barista skills and a passion for coffee excellence

  • An individual who can foster a positive team environment and build strong relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in café management

  • Proven track record in staff supervision and training

  • Current food safety supervisor certification

  • Advanced Barista experience

  • Proficiency with POS systems and café management software

  • Experience in building and leading teams

Schedule:

  • Full-time position (4-day work week)

  • Flexibility to work weekends

  • Early morning starts required
