About the RoleThe People and Culture Division provides strategic leadership, advice and operational support for human resources strategies across CHS, including workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, HR management, and employee relations. The Work Health Safety Unit provides leadership, advisory, and coordination services to implement WHS management frameworks and ensure a safe healthcare environment. The role involves contributing to workforce strategy, capability building, and providing workforce data to support strategic decision-making.
Key duties reference the position description; successful candidates will undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
