The Opportunity…
We have an exciting opportunity covering our Western Sydney territory for an experienced salesperson to join our high performing team. Help us grow and make an impact within the Orthopaedic devices market, primarily in the extremities space, upper limb. You will be provided with support and training around our product because we believe what is most important is your desire to succeed and delighting in our customers success.

You are an individual who is autonomous and ambitious but a true team player. Building relationships comes easily to you, and you are driven by education and growth both personally and professionally. You are a person customers and colleagues can trust and rely on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving an agreed revenue target by identifying and gaining business from new and existing surgeons
  • Providing in theatre support to Orthopaedic surgeons for relevant procedures
  • Building relationships with our key surgeons and their nursing staff by way of training, education, and clinical case support
  • Ensuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants, and user guide as per each customer's requirements

Experience required:

  • A tertiary education in a related medical field such as a paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy), nursing, Bachelor of Science or similar
  • Experience working in a hospital environment with orthopaedic surgeons is ideal, however consideration will be given to individuals who have a strong anatomy & physiology background
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license and the right to work in Australia as local travel will be a requirement of the role
