Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in North Ryde, NSW. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within assigned territories, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction, managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and conducting regular site visits. The Area Manager will also be tasked with training new employees, addressing client concerns, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

  • Organizational and Management skills including team management, resource allocation, and time management
  • Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to handle client concerns and maintain positive client relationships
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Experience in the cleaning, hygiene, or property services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
