The role will initially focus on payroll, managing weekly pay runs for 150–200 candidates, before gradually expanding into accounts receivable, debt collection, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end weekly payroll processing for 150–200 recruitment agency candidates

  • Handle payroll queries with accuracy and professionalism

  • Support with accounts receivable, debt collection, and reconciliations as the role develops

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

  • Work across systems including Greentree, MYOB, and Easy AR

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar payroll/accounts role

  • Confident communicator with strong customer service and problem-solving skills

  • Able to manage high-volume processing with attention to detail

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable

  • Experience with MYOB, Greentree, or similar accounting systems

  • Ideally studying or planning to study CPA – perfect for someone eager to grow and develop professionally
