Our client is a high performing education organisation with multiple sites across NSW. They are passionate about providing high quality affordable education and offering well rounded services to students.

They promote progression and a collaborative working environment, looking to hire an experienced AP officer to support long term leave requirements in the team.

**The Role**:
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be joining a small close-knit team. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer who is open to suggestions and promotes internal progression.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Full function Accounts Payable, including but not limited to
- Match, batch, and code invoices
- Management of the end to end weekly payment run
- Reconciliations
- Answering of supplier queries

**Your Background**:
To be considered for this Accounts Payable Officer position, you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Immediately available, or less than 1 week notice
- Demonstrated experience in MYOB Advanced or similar system
- At least 12 months local AP experience
- Must be able to complete a Working With Children Check
- Prior NFP or school experience
