What you will do

  • Provide support and administrative assistance to clients, team members, and internal stakeholders
  • Meet Set KPIs as per Staff KPI Table for role
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain the job application systems to ensure performance and support clients as required with applications, IT issues, and appointments relating to job searches
  • Manage and confirm client appointments and monitor the ESS noticeboards
  • Manage the production of employment pack

What you will bring

  • Experience working in Employment Services or related fields and the passion and drive to help clients reach their employment goals
  • Exceptional Customer service skills and stakeholder management
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and client information management systems
  • A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driven organisation.
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a 'C' class driver's license, along with an up-to-date COVID vaccination certificate or a medical exemption.
  • A Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate (willingness to Obtain if not held or expired) (check)
  • Passport, Birth or Citizenship Certificate to validate Australian Work Rights
  • Willingness to complete a National & International Police Check (Paid by Afford)
