Our client is a leading player in Australia's horticultural logistics sector, known for their end-to-end supply chain solutions across both domestic and international markets. Their high-volume Sydney site is the strategic hub for third-party logistics (3PL), servicing major global and local clients.

The Role

As the Supply Coordinator, you'll play a central role in coordinating supply chain functions across third-party logistics operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll manage inventory tracking, customer communications, and documentation for inbound and outbound logistics. The role includes a tailored 12-month training program and a clear growth pathway into broader logistics leadership. Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels & prepare supply chain documentation and reports
  • Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with internal and 3PL stakeholders
  • Support internal departments including QA, Ripening, Receivals and Dispatch
  • Manage client relationships to ensure timely & high-quality delivery
  • Identify & resolve supply issues – e.g. delays, shortages, quality concerns
  • Analyse supply chain metrics to improve efficiency and reduce waste

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Agribusiness, Supply Chain or related field is desirable
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Confidence working in dynamic, seasonal supply environments
