Your role will be as a coordinator of data and market intelligence within our purchasing team, supporting the supply chain functions using excellent communication and research skills to assist in achieving our inventory goals.

Some of the Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Your key responsibility in the Purchasing & Supply team will include liaising with key stakeholders and data analysis across product groups to support our business teams to meet our customer expectations.

You will also be involved with team members to analyse sales & market trends to support forecasting & planning across product groups:

· Assist with demand requirements for the Foodservice division

· Communicate inbound container notifications between customs brokers and cold stores

· Communication with internal replenishment teams and personnel at third party distribution

centres

· Maintain purchasing master inventory database

· Monitor stock movements between cold stores

· Monitor demand and forecasting of inventory and advise purchase plan requirements, raise

purchase orders as planned.

· Review and coordination of import documentation for fast and efficient stock delivery to

distribution centres

· Other tasks relating to personal & company development

Skills & Competencies that the role requires

· Previous experience with a focus on customer delivery in an supply environment

· Excellent communication skills demonstrated in verbal and non-verbal methods

· Demonstrated experience and success in a team environment but with ability to work autonomously on tasks and projects

· Analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy, well organised with effective time management

· Experience with ERP systems (preferably Pronto xi), Intermediate Excel and Word processing skills.
