At Pace Farm, we're proud of our strong family values that have guided us since the 1970s. From humble beginnings, we've grown into one of Australia's largest egg producers, delivering the freshest, tastiest eggs nationwide. As the leading supplier of farm-fresh eggs and egg products, our mission is to continue setting the standard in the industry by valuing our people and equipping them with the skills to deliver top-quality products and service. About the role
We're seeking a Supply Chain Admin (SCA) to join our team at Norwest. - Maintain accurate inventory databases for ungraded eggs, packaging, and finished goods.
- Track and manage egg transfers across the business, both internally and externally.
- Coordinate weekly transport bookings and monitor related invoices.
- Communicate effectively with customer service, planning, accounts payable/receivable, and other teams to ensure accurate data sharing.
- Identify and escalate any data anomalies to the appropriate teams.
- Support process improvements and adapt to new systems as required.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Admin who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You'll have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy. With your analytical skills and a solid understanding of Excel, you'll be well-placed to support our supply chain team in driving efficiency and accuracy across operations.
What We're Looking For
- Ideally supply chain or admin experience.
