What We're Looking For

An experienced head chef to lead our kitchen team, focusing on:

  • Designing & refreshing our menu to highlight seasonal produce, customer favorites, and innovative new dishes
  • Managing all kitchen operations: prep, cooking, plating, quality control & consistency
  • Overseeing supply ordering, stock control & cost management to ensure kitchen profitability
  • Training, mentoring & supervising kitchen staff to maintain a high standard of food & service
  • Working closely with front-of-house to deliver a seamless guest dining experience
  • Enforcing & maintaining food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times

What You'll Get
