About the role

Westminster Service Trust is seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Assistant Broker to join our team in our Perth office. This is a part-time role, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments. As a Corporate Assistant Broker, you will be assisting our most senior Broker in managing our large Corporate clients

Hours of Work

We anticipate the successful candidate can work 4-5 days per week and 20-25 hours per week in total. The role would suit someone with a willingness or need to work 10am-3pm daily but we are happy to discuss what hours suit your situation should you have alternative hours in mind

What you'll be doing

Full support to our Corporate Broker in every aspect of the managing the portfolio with the exception of Budget performance, debtor control and claims management these are not part of the expected job requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years as a Corporate Broking Assistant, essentially clients with a turnover exceeding $20M annually
  2. Must have a sound knowledge and experience of ISR, PL, Fin Lines, Motor Fleet and also Workers Comp
  3. Must be fully experiences with Winbeat, SCTP, Sunrise, CofC preparation and issueing
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  5. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  7. Knowledge of insurance products and brokerage processes, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  8. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the growth and development of the business
  9. Candidates must be Tier 1 qualified
